  1. Chain Damage uygulamasını açın.
  2. Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı ve verileri sil yolunu izleyin.
  3. Kalıcı silme onayını verin. Uygulama yerel oturumu ve oyun verilerini sıfırlar; sunucudaki misafir hesap silme işlemini başlatır.

Neler silinir?

Misafir hesabı ve oyuncu kimliğiyle bağlantılı ilerleme, skor, garaj/donanım, ayarlar ile sunucu tarafındaki PRO hakkı veya makbuz/işlem bağlantısı silinir. Güvenlik veya yasal zorunluluk nedeniyle tutulması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar zorunlu süre sonunda silinir ya da kimliksizleştirilir.

Google Play ve Apple App Store kendi sipariş, işlem ve ödeme kayıtlarını kendi yasal saklama politikalarına göre tutabilir; geliştirici bu mağaza kayıtlarını silemez. Mevcut 1.0.1 sürümünde uygulama içi satın alma kapalıdır.

Oyuncu kimliğinizi ve kullandığınız platformu belirterek privacy@cinefia.com adresine yazın. Makul doğrulama sonrasında talep en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.

Delete your Chain Damage account and data

  1. Open the Chain Damage app.
  2. Choose Profile → Settings → Delete account and data.
  3. Confirm permanent deletion. The app resets its local session and game data and starts deletion of the guest account on the server.

What is deleted?

The guest account and its associated player ID, progress, scores, garage/loadout, settings, and server-side PRO entitlement or receipt/transaction association are deleted. Limited records that must be retained for security or legal reasons are deleted or de-identified when the required period ends.

Google Play and the Apple App Store may retain their own order, transaction, and payment records under their legal retention policies; the developer cannot delete those store records. In-app purchases are disabled in the current 1.0.1 release.

Email privacy@cinefia.com with your player ID and platform. We complete requests within 30 days after reasonable verification.
